JCG Projects has been in business for more than 5 years. The company first started back in 2013 when I was just 20 years old starting off doing the smallest of jobs to get my name out there. I picked up more and more clients on the way, through word of mouth. As time went on I needed to start hiring additional staff.

When I completed my painting qualifications and licence I decided to create a one-stop-shop in plastering and painting. I wanted to make it easier for clients to organise repairs or renovations and not have to deal with two different companies, which means there is a quicker turnaround time for jobs and no conflicts between the plasterer and painter. I went on to complete my Certificate IV in Building and Construction for the project management side and the skills necessary to run a construction business more efficiently.

Over the years I have implemented programs and procedures to help with estimating and quoting and streamlining our processes, such as invoicing. I have always strived to be the best in whatever I do and this business is no different. I have big dreams for JCG Projects and I will continue to strive for excellence every day.

Most of my clients are repeat customers and recommendations from existing clients. We pride ourselves on never letting people down. I was taught as an apprentice to always treat a customers house as if it was my own house, including the cleaning up afterwards, to always do the best possible job, always be punctual and always communicate with the customer throughout the project.
